Where ever you are, seasonal and biological changes are happening as we head towards the Equinox. Ayurveda understands the importance of these seasonal changes and encourages basic dietary cleansing and simple self-care adjustments to support physical/mental health health for the new season. In this three-part program, Ayurvedic practitioner and expert Ann Wagoner will guide us though a simple protocol for cleansing and attuning.
Week 1: Cleanse Prep & Pre-Cleanse. This Session will include all the information and inspiration you need to prepare and begin the process at home.
Week 2: Cleansing Rituals & Support. This session will be a special virtual cooking class with Ann (bring your device to your kitchen and join in), including ways to amplify the vibration of your food with intention and chanting.
Week 3: Post Cleanse Wrap Up. This session, will help you make a smooth transition and provide new ideas for seasonal practices and continued momentum.
Ann will be available for basic questions via email along the way.
For those that may want extra support, private sessions can be arranged for an additional fee.
Her Saturday Sol Center Yoga class from 10:00 to 11:00 am will be included as part of the cleanse program as well.
