Mindful Communication: Deep Listening

In this seminar we will explore 3 simple mindfulness practices that refresh our listening skills and remind us how to be a good friend. Honing our ability to listen to ourselves is the basis of deep listening. Bringing our presence and openness to another is the heart of successful relationships.

These stand-alone programs are designed for those interested in exploring the benefits of mindfulness, and for MBSR Alumni who want support for their ongoing mindfulness practice.

There is a $15 discount available for attending the entire 4 week series in July, making your cost $65 for the series.
