Mindfulness Refresher: Letting Go, Letting In, Letting Be
This session is intended for people who have some experience with mindfulness meditation and are interested in refreshing what they know by a period of sustained practice.
Using a formula articulated by psychologist Rick Hanson, we will focus on 3 distinct meditation practices that encourage release of negative mind states, generation of positive mind states, and the cultivation of equanimity.
Guided and silent meditation will be interspersed with individual and group reflection periods.
