This program will create a group that commits to practice in simple ways every day. Natasha will provide yoga theory and doable daily practice suggestions week by week in our meeting. We’ll also have an opportunity to discuss our insights, connect with fellow participants, and clarify points of practice along the way. New yoga practitioners and teachers interested in mentoring are welcome. The intention is to anchor our practice in fresh personal ways, with expert guidance and peer support. In keeping with her background in Vedic Astrology, Natasha will include the study of the moon’s movement day by day and its influence on the body/mind as well.
