Please join us for the third annual Spring Yoga Retreat in the Gila Wilderness, presented by Sol Center and Glenwood Yoga.
Our theme this year honors the historic jail-house at the Los Olmos Lodge that once held Billy the Kid. In this spirit, we dub the retreat Gila Release.
The program incorporates yoga, meditation, labyrinth walks, some music and star gazing, time for rest and a visit to Glenwood’s Saturday Market, and optional hot springs and hikes into the Gila National Forest.
The retreat is open to men and women. You may come alone and meet new friends or come as a group and share a cabin. Yoga with Natasha is best described as Hatha Yoga, which reflects a classical emphasis on relaxation and inner awareness as a means of progressing. Her approach is slow, deep, meditative, expansive, and breath oriented. Cordelia Rose, our hostess in the Gila is an extraordinary yoga woman herself and has wide recognition as a labyrinth maker.

Cordelia will bring extra towels for those who need them. There are two bathrooms for changing.
