All classes begin promptly at 10:00. The arrival period for questions or visiting begins at 9:50.
Monday Yoga with Stacey: Yoga is central for me. Our practice will be gentle chest opening breath focused, and full of ease.
Tuesday Yoga with Jessica: Yoga is healing for me. Our class will be grounding, strong, centering, and lighthearted. Please, expect dog cameos.
Wednesday Yoga with Beth: Yoga is a blessing for me. As an octogenarian I am ever passionate about gentle movement, conscious breathing, and the many benefits yoga brings to the willing body, mind, and heart.
Thursday Yoga with Natasha: Yoga is always sacred for me. Thursday just feels a bit different than Sunday.
Friday Yoga with Linda Grace: Asana practice brings me in alignment with Life’s Universal energy. Practicing with others is a powerful way to build sacred community connection and I look forward to sharing my body wisdom to help students access this Universal energy through breath and movement.
Saturday Yoga with Ann Wagoner, Founder and Director of the Center for Ayurveda and Yoga Study in Portland, Oregon: Yoga & Ayurveda keep me balanced and in rhythm with Nature; then I am able to dwell in the exhale before the next inhale- and know the alignment of body, mind, and spirit.
Sunday Yoga with Natasha: Sunday Yoga is especially sacred for me. Even though we’re physically apart right now, we can be together in the process of going inward to Source and suffusing our body/mind with that healing light.
All classes are intended to accommodate beginning and continuing students, tight and flexible bodies, folks of any age.
