This practice series will be a gentle, contemplative exploration of fluid, dynamic movement linked with breath and sound. While a typical Vinyasa or Flow yoga class can be quite rigorous and demand agility, our approach will be to simply create flows that are engaging, playful, and expressive. The sound component invites a fuller experience of breath and subtle attunement and can support the release of deeper tension held in the body/mind. While not exactly a beginner class, these sessions are open to all levels of experience.
Alyssa Spungen Alyssa has been a Yogini since 2009 when she realized the power of Yoga as it helped her find comfort, freedom and pleasure in her body. After years of Bhakti service with local Yoga studios and meditation centers, she received her Hatha Yoga training at Yoga Oasis in 2019. Alyssa has continued her Yoga education in Restorative Yoga with Wise Owl Wellness, All Bodies Yoga with Amber Karnes and Dianne Bondy, and most recently a 9-month training in Shakti Yoga with Jasmine Rose. Alyssa prides herself on supporting yoginis and yogis on their journey of deeper embodiment and self-awareness. She is also the Communications Coordinator and a Certified Professional Dreamworker (CDP) at Tucson Counseling Associates.

Daily Classes: In-Person $12 — You may book up to 14 days in advance
Sol Center Community Membership: $90 monthly
