Our Prenatal Yoga series is yoga perfectly tailored for pregnant women at all stages of pregnancy. No previous yoga experience necessary. You will be expertly and intelligently guided to explore and experience yoga for self-care so you can best nurture yourself, and the growing life within you. Learn how to relieve some of the common physical discomforts associated with pregnancy. Additionally, the breath and simple meditative practices of yoga will be experienced in support of this special time. Physical postures will strengthen your legs, relax your shoulders and neck, release lower back pain, strengthen your core, bring balance to your pelvic floor, and even bring relief to your feet and ankles.
Strength and relaxation are balanced. Prenatal yoga has proven physical and mental benefits for moms to be!
I’m Bonnie Golden. I craft individual and group offerings for people across the lifespan. I have seen first-hand that yoga will enhance our health and well-being holistically: body, mind, and breath and love sharing integrative prenatal yoga. I have a long time specialization in Prenatal/Postpartum Yoga, and some of the children born to the moms taking my classes are now in sixth grade! In my prenatal yoga classes, ,we practice holistic movement, breath, and coping skills for pregnancy, birth, and beyond. I provide ample time for well-deserved relaxation as we wind down the class. We also create community and connection within my offerings. Additionally, Pregnancy and Post-Partum Corrective Exercise Specialist®, completed doula training, childbirth education, and several yoga for pelvic floor health intensives. I weave and share all of this knowledge into our practice. I’m a mom of two grown sons.
