Four Week Series: Begins Wednesday June 17th from 5:30 to 7:00 via Zoom
For beginning and continuing meditation students, this series will explore facets of mindfulness mediation technique and applications in our current life. We will look deeper at the foundations of body, breath, and sound; how we work skillfully with difficult emotions and thoughts; and how we develop mental concentration as well as expand awareness and compassion.
Sessions are structured to include teaching, practice, and processing. There will also be weekly practice suggestions and readings that help build a bigger picture of how meditation works for you.
