With Natasha Korshak, ICM, E-RYT-500, YACEP via Zooom
Presented as a 4 week series. These sessions are offered for those that are practicing mindfulness meditation and want motivation to keep their practice active. The format will include a 30 minute meditation with minimal guidance, a 30 minute period of mindful speaking and listening practice, and a closing meditation focused on loving kindness. Classes can be attended individually.
