A Four Week Series: Saturdays May 9, 16, 23, 30 from 10:30 to 11:45 – Online via Zoom
On Saturdays in May, we will explore and refine the sounds of the Sanskrit Alphabet and learn to apply these sounds in mantras. Mantras train the mind to move into stillness and are extra effective when annunciated intentionally. Mantras are also considered important medicines for challenging times. The practice will be supported by the use of mudras that assist in finding the sounds and directing the energy towards a meditative state. The course will evolve over the four weeks as we build our skills at forming the unique energetic shapes, so please plan to attend all four sessions. *If you do miss a session, a recording can be streamed.
