DESCRIPTION:On this Mother’s Day 2019 we invite you to join us for a conversation about being a person of peace.  Our speaker and discussion moderator will be Catherine Mullaugh of the Tucson Peace Center.  Catherine will share some of her own journey, her peace studies and activities, and offer encouragement for being a person of peace.  \nThe Mind Body Spirit Seminar is offered on the second Sunday of each month as an exploration of mind body spirit themes and their relevance to our daily practice and action.  The format is intended as a gathering more than a class and involves some combination of lecture, discussion, experiential exercise, and resources.  \nCatherine Mullaugh is a former English teacher and a long time massage therapist.  She is a lover of ritual, ceremony, yoga, and literature- among other loves.  She is committed to being a person of peace and currently sits on the board of the Tucson Peace Center.\n
